Prime Minister’s Electric Wheel Chair Scheme for University Students: The main objective of the project is to facilitate special students having ambulatory disability, so that they can be assisted in movement and contribute effectively towards the progress of the homeland. Special students (having ambulatory disability) be advised to submit duly filled Application Form along with the Disability Certificate, CNIC and VU Student ID clrear and readable copy must reach on or before 13th December, 2018 at following address;
