A delegation from the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad (FBISE) visited Virtual University of Pakistan, Head Office on July 09, 2019. The delegation was led by Mr. M. Sarwar, System Analyst FBISE, accompanied by Exams conduct and IT team of FBISE.

Dr. Arshad Hussain Hashmi (Director ORIC) received the delegation at M.A. Jinnah Campus, Lahore. Mr. Sarmad Latif Mir, Deputy/Addl. Controller of Examinations, presented and thoroughly explained the VUP’s examination system.  Mr. Sarwar expressed keen interest in adopting the state of the art Examination System of VUP as well as online student service facilities. The delegates appreciated VUP’s infrastructure and services provided to its students and faculty to ensure quality teaching, learning and research. Later, the officials visited Virtual University Television Network to understand how lectures are telecasted and undergo different phases of preparation from recording to telecasting on the four VUTV channels. Mr. Sarwar appreciated the unique mode of education of VUP and its contribution towards educating the nation.
