Virtual University of Pakistan Signs MoU with Abudawood Trading Company Pakistan

Virtual University of Pakistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Abudawood Trading Company Pakistan (Private) Limited on April 14, 2015 for collaboration in the areas of education and research. The MoU was signed by Dr. Naveed A. Malik (Rector, VUP) and Ms. Kiran Ali (HR Head, ADP) in an impressive ceremony held at Regent Plaza Hotel, Karachi.

As per MoU, a special Corporate Fee Package has been allowed to the employees of Abudawood Pakistan seeking admission with Virtual University. It has also been decided in the MoU that VU and ADP, Karachi will cooperate in the promotion and marketing of projects, programs and products. Both the organizations agreed to mobilize resources for promoting quality work and providing solutions of industry problems by research & development.

The ceremony started with a brief speech by Prof. Dr. Masroor Elahi Babar (Registrar, VUP) on the scope of the MoU and its future prospects. The ceremony was also attended by the top officials, faculty & staff of VUP and ADP.

Ms. Kiran Ali admired the services of Virtual University in the field of education and research and declared the event as an important milestone. The ceremony ended with a positive note & conviction that the agreement signed would deliver significant mutual benefits to both the organizations and that all possible efforts would be made to make the MoU as much productive as possible.
