Congratulation! It gives an immense pleasure to write that you have been provisionally admitted at Virtual University of Pakistan.

It is mandatory to watch following Orientation Videos which enables you to understand the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the University.

Furthermore, you should be well aware about the rules and regulations of the University and abide by them. Also, you are advised and expected to observe disciplinary standards and code of conduct including Phishing/ Password Hacking, Cyber Bullying, Identity Theft, Email Spoofing, Fake Profile, Smoking within the University / Campus, to Possess Arms of any kind and use of Electronic devices etc. Moreover, the Students are not allowed to indulge him / herself in any activity at University / Campus premises that is crime / offense under the Court of law or in any commercial activity.

                    Note: Unawareness of University rules has no excuse.

You can login to the LMS through already provided username and password. LMS will be your virtual class room wherein you will perform your academic activities. Whereas, using VU-Email ID, you will communicate with various University authorities as required, time to time. Please note that regular classes have already been commenced and timetable (lecture schedule) will be displayed on weekly basis. It is further advised that LMS has the Notice Board where you can update yourself with all news and events daily.

Moreover, please note the following guidelines:

• It is your personal responsibility to secure your password and change it on regular basis to ensure its secrecy. Do not share this password with anyone under any circumstances because it may be misused by someone who may not be in your knowledge and you will be held responsible for such misuse.
• You are allowed to Freeze once in a semester. While you cannot freeze more than two consecutive semesters. Failing to resume / continue studies in the next (3rd) semester the student’s admission will be considered as “withdrawn” and he/she will be required to apply for new admission as per University policy. 
• You have option to change your Campus within 30-days of commencement of classes i.e. till Nov 19, 2019. If you have failed to do so within specified time; your campus change request will not be entertained.
• It is mandatory to Login your LMS as per your convenience during working days to record your attendance.
• You should communicate with VU Offices through your registered VU Gmail.
• Please keep in mind the minimum & maximum resident time requirements for completion of your degree according to your Study Scheme.
• Please check all of your pre-selected courses which are mandatory to study.

Practicals (as applicable): Will be conducted only at VU designated Laboratories
