The Virtual University of Pakistan as Cisco Academy Support Centre (ASC) and Instructor Training Centre (ITC) has been ranked among the top 15% of the Netacad Partners and has achieved the Premier status for positive outcomes related to the growth and quality of the Networking Academy.

An EMEA partner conference was held in Paris, France, and Virtual University was also invited. Director ICT, Mr Ehsen Zafar Puri received the award on behalf of Virtual University. Virtual University is running CISCO Academy since 2020 and approximately more than 10,000 students have benefited from CISCO Certified Courses. These courses are taught by certified trainers with full teaching support and provide an excellent opportunity to gain quality education free of cost or at economical prices.

This collective impact of the VU and CISCO partnership shows the strength of working together to ensure learning never stops, no matter where learners are in the world. It required perseverance, partnership, and a laser focus on learners. Cisco has expanded to reach 3.2 million students around the world in FY22, representing a 3.6% year-on-year growth. This unprecedented result is a testament to Cisco’s remarkable partner community, especially top partners such as the Virtual University of Pakistan.
