A student may request rescheduling of Missed/Unplanned paper(s). The rescheduling rules may be accessible through the following link:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. The rescheduling chance shall be provided only once. 
2. The rescheduling fee is non-refundable in any case irrespective of his/her appearance in the rescheduled paper(s). 
3. Fee voucher(s) of prescribed fee shall be payable before the announcement of the Fall 2025 End Semester result. 
4. Last date to apply for rescheduling of Missed/Unplanned paper(s) for both LOCAL and OVERSEAS is Tuesday, February 17, 2026, on/before 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time
5. Rescheduling Exam for both LOCAL and OVERSEAS students shall be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. 
   
   Note: Students scheduled to appear on February 17, 2026, may request paid rescheduling for that date’s missed examination only by generating a ticket in the Rescheduling section. The rescheduled examination for these requests will be held on February 19, 2026.

PROCEDURE:

1. Log in to VULMS (vulms.vu.edu.pk/)
2. Open VULMS-->Student Services-->Examinations Department--> Apply for Rescheduling of Papers.
   (The missed paper(s) shall be available for rescheduling after 24 hours of actual paper time.)
3. Select Preferred City of Appearance from the drop-down list.
   For Local: Students in Pakistan shall Select a local center.
   For Overseas: (Overseas Students shall select “Overseas “from city list). 
4. Submit Request. 
5. Once your request is duly processed, a confirmation email shall be sent to your VU email address (Please check Inbox/Spam/Junk-Email) from no-reply@vu.edu.pk. 
6. The request status shall also be updated on your VULMS-->Student Services-->Examinations Department--> Apply for Rescheduling of Papers.
   (University requires at least 24-48 hours for processing your request). 
7. The schedule for rescheduled paper(s) shall be updated on your Exam Entrance Slip. Now, you must take a fresh printout of your Exam Entrance slip from https://datesheet.vu.edu.pk
