Objective of the Training

This workshop focuses on the management of supply chain channel and specifically the inbound channel. In an end-to-end supply chain, logistics is a vital component of value chain according to Michael Porter. A firm’s grip of logistics processes, tools and techniques gives professionals from industry a strategic advantage in managing the flows of products and services. Tomorrow’s manager will realize that performance and success should be judged PRIMARILY by the ease and speed of the flow of material from the original source to the consumer and vice versa.
