Waqas Ahmad joined Virtual University of Pakistan in 2010 as an Instructor (CS) and is currently serving as a Lecturer. Prior to joining the VU, he completed his BSCS from Virtual University of Pakistan in 2009. And, while serving in VU, he completed his MSCS from COMSATS University Islamabad. His MS thesis title was "An Improved Cache Replacement Strategy in SDN based ICN". He also has a Huawei Certification (HCIA) in Routing and Switching.
His research interests are SDN (Software Defined Networking) and ICN (information Centric Networking). |
