PROFILE SUMMARY

I am a quality assurance professional and academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, specializing in institutional quality enhancement, academic quality assurance, and e-learning. I have been serving as Manager, Quality Assurance at the Directorate of Quality Enhancement, Virtual University of Pakistan, since 2015, where I contribute to strengthening institutional QA systems, academic quality processes, and continuous improvement practices. Prior to joining the Directorate, I served as a faculty member in the Department of Management Sciences. I hold a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Management & Technology (UMT). My areas of expertise include Quality Assurance, e-learning and ODL, Organizational Behavior, Quantitative Research, and Shared Value. My professional work focuses on translating quality standards and evidence into practical systems that support academic effectiveness, institutional performance, and continuous improvement.

My research and professional interests include Management, Shared Value, Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Online and Distance Education, and Quantitative Research.

1. Support institutional and program-level quality assurance, self-assessment, academic review, and continuous improvement. 2. Facilitate evidence-based quality reporting, institutional performance evaluation, HEC compliance, and quality data management. 3. Provide QA input to program development, curriculum review, academic governance, and Boards of Studies. 4. Design and analyze surveys and quality data to support evidence-based decision-making. 5. Contribute to the development of QA frameworks, policies, procedures, templates, and performance indicators, particularly for online and distance education. 6. Conduct academic audits and reviews of learning systems and institutional processes. 7. Coordinate QA activities, capacity building, and collaboration with academic and administrative units. 8.
