The Virtual University of Pakistan has entered into an agreement with the Pakistan Information Technology Board for the outsourcing of its Call Center services through a customized Customer Relationship Management solution for its Citizen Contact Center.

This agreement aims to facilitate our students in the timely resolution of their queries and/or issues in a professional manner.

On the 25th day of September 2023, at the VU Office in Lahore, Engr. Ehsen Zafar Puri (Director ICT) from VU and Mr. Ali Zeb (Director CCC) from PITB signed the agreement.

This initiative for the University was initiated by Ms. Rubina Ali (GM Marketing), Mr. Baber Ali (GM VTV), and Engr. Syed Naushad Y. Shah (Network Executive | Operations & Monitoring).
