The University hereby notifies that students admitted through the Lateral Entry Process in the Fall 2025 semester who completed their course enrollments after the prescribed schedule are being granted a special provision to appear in the Mid Semester Examinations (Fall 2025) after the conclusion of the regular Mid Semester examinations.
Eligibility and Provision Details
This opportunity will be provided free of cost for the following students only:

Students who DID NOT make a Date Sheet: They will be provided a Date Sheet under the new special schedule.

Students who made a Date Sheet but DID NOT appear: They will be allowed to appear under the new special schedule.
Important Note for Appeared Students
Students who made a Date Sheet and APPEARED in the regular Mid Semester Examinations during regular exam days are NOT eligible for this special provision. Their initial attempt will be considered final, and no re-appearing option is permitted.

Deadline for Submission: Monday, December 15, 2025, before 23:59 (i.e. 11:59 PM PST)
The date sheet for eligible students will be scheduled during the last week of December 2025, subject to the availability of date, time, and examination center.
Note: Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.
